Felix Gauger performs miracles in the hands of guests
Table magic is often referred to as close-up magic. It is particularly powerful because the performer moves from group to group, entertaining guests individually at their tables. This allows the audience to be close to the magic and experience it up close.
Close-up magic brings the art and fun right to the guests. With incredible effects, the magic even happens in the hands of the audience. With this personalised magic, your guests are the centre of attention and each guest gets their own individual show.
Felix's close-up magic is particularly powerful as he combines magic with pickpocketing, mentalism and lots of gags.
Perhaps the most fascinating form of magic, Felix's closeness to the audience allows him to interact directly with them, responding spontaneously to his guests.
Felix Gauger blends into the crowd, bridging waiting times, spreading good humour and getting your guests talking. Close-up magic can be performed almost anywhere as no large props are required. Duration depends on the number of people in the audience and can range from 45 minutes to several hours over the course of the evening. Felix carries everything with him and therefore needs very few props to make the magic happen. He mix and mingles with the audience and wows even the most sceptical guests.
The Close Up is most often booked as a walking act, where the magician moves from group to group. However, it is also possible for Felix to stand at one table and have guests walk by to experience the magic.
Highly flexible, customised and interactive directly with the guest
Decentralised, without interrupting the event
Particularly subtle and ideal as an icebreaker
No technical requirements necessary
Customised magic tricks, e.g. with company logo possible
Duration from 1 h to 6 h
The direct proximity to the guest makes the personal experience particularly strong.
No stage, technology or set-up necessary, as Felix mingles from guest to guest.
Felix has a keen sense of where the magic fits and who is caught up in the conversation.
The artist switches between German and English as required, and the magic at the table works almost without language.
Felix is happy to use the branded card game with your logo or conjure up unique company souvenirs.
After or before the stage show, you get the maximum entertainment and amazement..
For your children's birthday party, Felix will be happy to put you in touch with a colleague who specializes in a children's program.
Mental magic is a form of magic that uses suggestion, psychology, and influence to read minds, make predictions, and trick the human mind. It is an extremely powerful form of magic and is often referred to as the mature form of magic (Kuch, 2014). Psychological themes are often incorporated into the magic act, thought experiments are performed and effects with mind-reading.
The association for magicians is called the Magic Circle of Germany. Felix has been a member of the Magic Circle since 2008 and has successfully passed the theoretical and practical exams.
Since Felix has been in show business for 20 years, he has a large network of artists, photographers, DJs and other performers. Take a look to see if one of his colleagues appeals to you, or ask directly which artist is from your area and can enchant you.
Felix has been a professional for over 15 years. He brings his own sound equipment, is self-sufficient, perfectly prepared and you have time to take care of your guests. In addition to his many years of experience, Felix has excellent references and has won awards in several disciplines of the art of magic. As an industrial engineer with a PhD in economics, Felix knows his way around the corporate world and is comfortable with board members, executives and VIPs.
For example, if it's your wedding reception or a smaller corporate event with about 60-80 people, Felix will bring everything so you don't have to worry about anything. Felix will bring his own equipment, a small table and, if necessary, a sound system with mics. This ensures that your guests can hear everything, the magician has excellent sound, and they can see everything clearly. So you don't have to worry about anything except the location with a small open space. Ideally, this should not be in the middle of the room, but on one of the narrow sides. This will ensure that everyone can see well and enjoy the show to the full. For large galas, a technical company usually provides the sound, lighting, and stage equipment. A sound engineer will be in charge of the sound and will ensure a clear sound experience. A sound check before the event is recommended.
